Haute Couture 100% Purchase Protection 

All products sold on Haute Couture are covered by our 100% Purchase Protection.
If the product is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect / incomplete product, then Haute Couture will always replace or refund the product given that you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Go to your product page to see the detailed terms for replacements and refunds.

Haute Couture also offers a No Questions Asked returns policy for selected products: If you are not perfectly satisfied, you can return your product for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. You will always find the relevant terms on the product page.

1 : What is the Return policy period?

Our endeavor is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a product and do not like the fit, color or design. You can initiate a return request within 7 days of product delivery. All returns are refunded in the form of store credits, which can be redeemed on any product on our website within a period of six months. Haute Couture do not provide refund in the form of Cash, Bank refund or NEFT.

2 : How do I return an item purchased on Haute Couture?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you can return the same within 7 days from the purchase date and get credit amount in your Haute Couture account (P.S. Returned products should not be damaged/should be in the state in which you received and in the original packaging).

3 : What are the checks done by Haute Couture while accepting (picking up) a return product from the customer?

1. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.

2. The original packaging including tags, boxes should be intact while returning the merchandise.

3. All the returned merchandise should be in original packaging condition and the address should to be pasted on the packet.

4 : Which Areas  are eligible for reverse pickup?

In case a reverse pick up is not available at your postal code as it is not serviceable by our logistics partner, we would request you to kindly self-ship the product and the returned shipment should reach us within 7 days of providing the return address details to you.

5 : When are returns not possible?

1. Return request will be accepted only After 7 days from product delivery.

2. Returns will not be accepted if returned merchandise is used, worn, washed or damaged.

3. Returns will not be accepted if original packaging, invoice or tags are missing.

6 : I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

Kindly call / mail us and inform us about the cancellation of return request.

7 : How to track return order/return status?

You can track the return shipment by writing the return shipment tracking number(mentioned on tracking slip handed over by courier guy) on courier's website & track the current status of the shipment.
