1) What is the estimated delivery time?

We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page which is 1-4 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

 

2) Why don't I get shipping to my area?

Some time courier services may not available in your destination or your delivery location is out of service area. We recommend you to choose another location so you may receive your order delivered.


However, If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

 

3) How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

 

4) What are the shipping charges?

Haute Couture PAK offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed on our website, with minimum order size of Rs 1,000.

 

For orders below Rs 1,000 there is nominal charge of Rs.150 applicable.

 

5) Does Haute Couture PAK deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally and delivery charges are subject to be calculated based on delivery location and the courier service you may choose.

 

 

6) How will the delivery be done?

We send courier with our partners Leopard / TCS  for local shipping  and Middle East. And for UK & Europe, Far East, Australia and America through Fedex.

7) What do I need to know before getting an order gift wrapped?

Gift wrap is available along with greeting cards (optional) with additional charges of PKR 300. Kindly mention in your order placement note or directly send email to care@hautecouture.pk to instruct us about the gift wrap and desired text to be written.
